How do I request a media pass?

Our media pass application closed on August 1, 2023. Please check back later for our 2024 application form.

Is there handicap accessible parking?

ADA parking passes are available for purchase on our website and will be available on first-come first-served basis. You must have a valid, government handicap placard/plate/permit to park here.

Can I bring kids?

Sure thing! Pilgrimage is safe for the whole family. We have a special area at the festival called the Franklin Fun Farm that features local youth bands, high flying aerialists and balancing acts, and more! Also remember: Kids 7 and under are FREE when accompanied by an adult GA ticket holder. Kids 2 and under are admitted to VIP areas FREE when accompanied by an adult VIP ticket holder.

Entry & re-entry policy

Patrons will be allowed exit and re-entry privileges with a valid festival wristband. Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival reserves the right to search all people and property to ensure the security of all person in attendance. Patrons must scan their wristband when exiting the festival if they wish to re-enter that same day.

Smoking Policy

Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival encourages a smoke-free environment and asks that you respect the health of your fellow fest-goers and refrain from smoking in any area where it may affect someone else. Smoking is prohibited under all tents and inside buildings. Please find an isolated area if you must smoke, and dispose of your butts properly.

Can I bring in a water bottle?

Yes. You are allowed to bring 1 water bottle that is factory sealed. Empty water bottles and camelbacks can be filled at our free water refilling stations throughout the venue.

Can I bring a stroller for my kids?

Yes. We allow strollers and wagons for children.

Can I bring a lawn chair?

Signs will designate the standing/dancing zone in front of the main stages. This area is first come first served. Chairs and blankets are allowed outside of the no chair zone and in most other areas of the park. Low-backed chairs only (under 30″) to ensure good viewing for your neighbors.

Where is the Park at Harlinsdale Farm?

The Park at Harlinsdale is located at 239 Franklin Rd. Franklin, TN 37064. On the National Register of Historic Places, Harlinsdale is located in the mystical Tennessee hills, wrapped by the meandering Harpeth River.

Why are there extra fees on my ticket?

A portion of each pass purchase goes towards our charitable partners which include Friends of Franklin Parks and Harlinsdale Farm as well as covering taxes and shipping costs.

What is the difference between Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3?

The only difference between Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 GA passes is the price. There is no difference in access with price tiers of the same pass type. As demand for tickets rises, we move to the next tier level, so buy early for the best price!

I have not received my wristbands. What should I do?

Wristbands will be shipped to patrons about 4 weeks before the festival. If your festival wristbands do not arrive before the show, please bring your confirmation email AND a photo ID to our box office on site. We will gladly reissue your passes.

How do I cancel my order or get a refund?

Unfortunately, if an event is not canceled or rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund to you. All sales are final that are purchased through Front Gate Tickets. This information can be viewed online in the Terms Of Use & Sale that you agreed to when purchasing your Pilgrimage pass.

In the event that the festival is canceled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations.
